Driver in court for knocking and killing 5-year-old boy
705 A driver, who allegedly knocked down a five-year old boy on Christmas Day (December 25) has been arraigned at the Kaneshie District court. According to the prosecution, the five year old boy died the same day while receiving treatment at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra. David Kwesi Asamani, who appeared before the court without a lawyer, was provisionally charged with two counts of careless and inconsiderate driving and negligently causing harm.
