Two men snatched a purse from the wife of a cop near Punjab Mata Nagar, at Pakhowal road, on Monday evening. The Dugri police acted swiftly and arrested two accused. The woman, Satnam Kaur Kang, wife of Inspector Kuldeep Singh Kang, was the victim.
