A want to make this comment before we go into Public Comment, more question than anything else. In the spirit of how i do business. This is the part of tonights agenda. Im not saying it should have been. But tonight looking at the response of Domestic Violence, the prosecution rates, the query reporting module, and the other things im curious about the status of women.
