A trial for both civil cases is set to begin on Nov. 29, 2021. The owner, Lisa Hanson, is also scheduled to be back in court Thursday for a bail hearing related to two criminal cases from the business staying open. Albert Lea business owner arrested in Iowa CLEAR LAKE, Iowa (KTTC) -- The Interchange Wine and Coffee Bistro owner Lisa Hanson, also known as Melissa Hanson, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Clear Lake, Iowa on outstanding warrants. According to a news release, the Freeborn Sheriff's office and Albert Lea Police Department had been performing surveillance on an Airbnb in Clear Lake.
