As of around 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 27, Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative had approximately 3,800 members without power. Crews made significant gains yesterday and into last night and were eager to start again early this morning. Additional lineman from Intercounty Electric Cooperative and White River Valley Electric Cooperative arrived to assist today as well as more crew from the contractor Kiowa.
