Mission Valley Bancorp (OTCQX: MVLY, "Mission Valley," or the "Company") announced Monday net income of $1.3 million for the second quarter of 2023, or $0.38 per diluted share, compared to net income of $0.7 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2022.
