Clarksville Police are currently assisting the Tennessee Highway Patrol on a "serious crash" that has shut down Interstate 24 eastbound at Exit 4.
"It's hard to be happy for a holiday that was the worst day of your life," Stephanie Spaunhorst said.
Eastbound traffic on Interstate 24 has been restricted to one lane at the 51 mile marker due to a SEMI crash.
