A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer seriously injured a pedestrian on Interstate 81. The Pennsylvania state police were called to the scene in Dauphin County at 9:18 a.m. on Sunday. According to state police, troopers were at the scene investigating a crash when another vehicle hit the vehicles involved in that crash.They say a pedestrian was struck and suffered a major injury.
