Interstate meat recalls ground beef for possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination . Consumer Reports reported this contamination on 1/6/21.
Oregon-based Interstate Meat Dist. Inc decided to pull the products produced on Dec. 20.
The recall includes some 28,356 pounds of raw ground beef.
