近年来，河北证监局着力深化资本市场改革，提高服务实体经济能力，积极防控金融风险，切实维护投资者合法权益，为河北省经济社会发展做出了应有的贡献，多层次资本市场实现健康发展。截至2021年5月末，河北资本市场累计实现直接融资突破7000亿元，其中“十三五”期间新增4722亿元，较“十二五”期间增长1.69倍。2021年更是实现融资开门红，5家企业IPO融资58.07亿元。“十三五”期间辖区上市公司现金分红638亿元，较“十二五”期间增长2.2倍，回报股东能力和意识大幅提升。私募基金管理的基金规模由95亿元增加到520亿元，增长4.5倍。
