Angat, Ipo Dams release water as levels rise

(JANSEN ROMERO / FILE PHOTO / MANILA BULLETIN) Angat Dam’s water level has already reached 216.13 meters, more than 4 meters above its 212.0-meter spilling level as of 1 p.m., based on the monitoring of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
