JAC condemns proposal for ring road construction
The proposed ring road is not in the simple circle form and physically, it appears to be in a zig-zag manner and not as per its nomenclature of being called a ring road, General secretary of Ema Chingjoibi Semgat Sagat Lup H Raikumar said.
