Counsel for the petitioner claimed that the Wadhawans were enjoying the entire 10th floor of a private hospital to themselves, while other citizens were suffering for lack of place.
Petitioner had challenged the alleged “erroneous” admission of Rakesh and Dheeraj Wadhawan, directors of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL), to a private hospital in Mumbai.
Petitioner Sayed claimed that the Wadhawans have been getting admitted to hospital from time to time since their arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in 2019.
