These days, everyone is a startup mentor. There doesn't seem to be a shortage of self-proclaimed mentors anywhere in the world. The question, however, is what is good mentoring? If you are an entrepreneur, what kind of a mentor should you be looking for? Let me share some of my own experiences with mentoring entrepreneurs and the philosophy with which I have built 1Mby1M. I have tapped into the knowledge base of the entrepreneurs building businesses and the investors investing in them. I don't have any illusion that I have all the answers.
