Mayor Mike Duggan announced eight new vaccination sites in Detroit neighborhoods Monday, part of the city's effort to vaccinate more Detroiters where they are as Michigan struggles with a new surge in coronavirus cases.  The sites will vary by day and by council district next week, with one or two sites open at a time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 12-16.
