The house comprises three pods scattered around a casual grassy courtyard. The towers are timber-lined light wells that flood the interior with natural light. The design team, led acknowledged that the rising sea-level and climate change are bringing severe rain events at increasing magnitude and frequency – and then proceeded to design a bach that takes these factors into account. ....
