Paramount Hotel Midtown has hired Iryna Simanko as its F&B manager. A long-time restaurant manager in the city, in her new role, she handles five venues: Paparazzi, Pool Bar, Malibu Sky Lounge, Melrose Bar and Lounge, and L Café.

Dubai’s Paramount Hotel Midtown has appointed Iryna Simanko as its new Food and Beverage Producer to oversee all five venues at the hotel, as well as being responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of her team.
