Yes, our past and upbringing led us to what we're doing. both of us are band directors. i find it funny that at an early age i knew what i wanted to do in life. i kind of -- i kind of took on the roll of my band director, you know, herman jones, walter harris. these guys were larger than life to me and later i met isaac graves. i found out the band director had more power than any other person in my life other than my parents, so i think my past and, you know, what i've gone through in life directly relates to how i can affect children nowadays. >> yeah, absolutely. and i want to show one more...
