Portland High wrestler becomes Eagle Scout Ionia Sentinel-Standard PORTLAND — For his Eagle Scout service project, Isaiah Pelc wanted to combine his passions for wrestling and reading to create something that will last a lifetime. After working through much of 2020, Pelc’s project is now complete — and benefits the wrestling program at Portland High School in which he's a member of.
