Apr 30, 2021 LISBON Anthony J. Antonas, 40, Poland, was bound over in county Municipal Court to the grand jury on charges of domestic violence, criminal trespassing, aggravated burglary and disrupting public services. Antonas is accused of striking Cheyenne Cooper in the nose three times and causing it to bleed in May of 2020 and then entering the home of Ester Blue, whose granddaughter, Cooper, had fled there to shelter from Antonas. He reportedly refused to leave when he was told to go by three people there and swatted Blue’s arm causing her phone to fall and break when she was attempting to call 911. ....

COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL LISBON An April 29 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Steven W. Watters II, 43, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate on Aug. 8. A June 15 pretrial was set for Keith O. Savage, 34, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense, no temporary permit and left of center. Trey Shields, 21, Lincoln Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,175, had his license suspended for 180 days, credited with a day in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to stop after an accident, failure to control and possession of marijuana. ....
