　　据当时深圳市人民检察院通报，犯罪嫌疑人徐山、康媛媛涉嫌集资诈骗罪，杨桦、黄龙君涉嫌非法吸收公众存款罪一案，已于近日由福田区检察院报送深圳市检察院审查起诉。
　　侦查机关认定，犯罪嫌疑人徐山系深圳市前海汇能金融控股集团有限公司法人代表、董事长和公司实际控制人，负责汇能金控整体事务及对外投资。犯罪嫌疑人康媛媛(徐山妻子)系公司大股东(持股90%)和监事，负责汇能金控日常管理运营，分管财务部、财富中心(营销部门)、人事部、客服部等。犯罪嫌疑人杨桦系汇能金控执行总裁、财富中心总监，协助康媛媛管理汇能金控的人事部、财富中心等部门，主要负责寻找客户投资，对汇能金控的私募基金产品宣传、销售，向投资人募集资金，完成公司销售任务。犯罪嫌疑人黄龙君系汇能金控财富中心总监，在杨桦离职 ....
