Substantively wrong. >> and the white house says it, too. >> i do think that there is agreement that there was some wrongdoing, that there were things that happened that the president didn't think that were right. people were removed. there are half a dozen investigations going on right now. there's one at the i.r.s. the i.g. is doing one. the justice department is doing one. congress is doing one. there are plenty of investigations and we're going to get plenty of facts so i think that ultimately it looks like, no, this did not originate in washington. that's certainly what the cummings' tran...
