Better disaster-prevention technology built on experience
Correspondent More than ten years on from the Great East Japan Earthquake, disaster-prevention technology continues to evolve and grow to address future threats. Among the projects is a program connecting businesses in the disaster-hit areas of Sendai City and neighboring Fukushima Prefecture with companies working in the field abroad. The two municipalities run the program alongside the central government and the Japan External Trade Organization, or JETRO.
