âââ KATLEHO MORAPELA 10:17 Thu, 10 Dec 2020 The IEC says results for the by-elections that took place yesterday will be announced soon. This, after by-elections took place in 24 wards across 17 municipalities in all nine provinces with 77 candidates representing 14 political parties along with 18 independent candidates having contested the ward by-elections.
