THE GOVERNMENT is to make it clearer that it is not imposing local lockdowns, as a Kirklees board announced the district is still service as normal. Earlier today it emerged that Kirklees had been placed on a list of eight "Indian variant hotspot" locations where people were being urged against all but essential travel in and out of the area.
