Corner. ivanka sat down with poppy harlow. we are at the fortune most powerful women summit. and michael cohen from the trump organization said that the company employees 57% men and 43% women, but there are more female executives than male within the trump organization. how can we see that translate across corporate america so more women are at the upper echelons? it s incredibly important. i think companies who aren t prioritizing and ensuring that women are at all levels within the organization and this it disproportion of men versus women and gender inequality, anyone who is thinking in those terms and not being very proactive to ensure that there are companies being thoughtful about the gender mix is going to fall behind. i think it will be a self-selecting thing. in ten years from now, the companies who haven t evolved ....
