AB Girls Lacrosse open season with win
COURTESY OF ACTON-BOXBOROUGH LACROSSE BOOSTERS After the spring 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Acton-Boxborough Girls Varsity Lacrosse team opened up their 2021 season with a win over Weston 11-5. The girls came out confident, tenacious and determined. The AB defense was led by senior captain Eliza Shamah along with junior Kailagh Greenberg. Junior Caley Ryan and sophomore Keira Baglio dominated in the midfield transition. Ryan had three goals and two assists while Baglio had two goals and one assist.
