PETALING JAYA: The Court of Appeal upheld an earlier decision in favour of RTM cameraman Mohamad Amirul Amin Mohamed, granting him RM114,470 in compensation for being injured in a shooting at the Penang Bridge. The panel of three dismissed the appeal by security company GMP Kaisar Security Sdn Bhd, whose then employee Ja’afar Halid shot Amirul and seven others at the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway on Dec 1,2016.
