Baltimore's pools, recreation centers, parks to receive $41 million in American Rescue Plan money

Baltimore recreation centers, pools, playgrounds and athletic courts will be upgraded as part of a $41 million investment in federal American Rescue Plan funds for the city’s recreation and parks department, Mayor Brandon Scott announced Monday.
