Aransas County commissioners, at their regular meeting Monday, Jan. 25, denied with a 3-1 vote supporting a Sales Tax Exemption Initiative for the Rockport Cultural Arts District (RCAD). Aransas County Judge C.H. âBurtâ Mills voted to support the initiative. Commissioners Wendy Laubach, Pat Rousseau, and Bubba Casterline voted not to support it.
