Man wanted for drunk boating gets arrested for drunk driving  According to the arrest affidavit:   A Wichita County deputy stopped a pickup truck Thursday night on Scott Street for a traffic violation. When the deputy asked the driver, Ben Hicks, where he was coming from, Hicks said he was coming from Wichita Falls. The deputy noted Hicks’ slurred his speech and had glossy, red bloodshot eyes.
