Six talented young musicians from Northern Ireland will get the chance to further develop their craft after receiving the Young Musicians’ Platform Award. Opera singer Andrew Irwin, cellist Angus McCall and pianist Justine Gormley were selected in the classical category, Jack Warnock and Rose Connolly in the traditional section and Roisin Donald (ROE) was chosen as the singer-songwriter awardee.
