Marshfield woman pleads not guilty to helping hide a corpse in overdose
Marshfield News-Herald WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A Marshfield woman pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Wood County Circuit Court to helping hide the body of a man who died of a drug overdose. Stephanie M. Trewyn, 30, waived her right to call witnesses and have a judge determine whether there was enough evidence to continue the case. Wood County Circuit Judge Todd Wolf ordered the case to move forward. According to the criminal complaint, Zachary L. Vasa, 32, lived with Trewyn for a short time before a woman reported him missing June 20.
