Staff report Trumbull County commissioners on Wednesday unanimously approved a 10-year, 50 percent tax abatement for Jam Realty Investments of Liberty. The abatement will apply to construction of its new offices at 1200 Trumbull Ave. The project is budgeted at $925,000, and Jam Realty plans to create eight full-time jobs in addition to retaining its 25 current full-time employees. Liberty trustees approved a 50-percent, 10-year tax abatement for the project at a March 18 meeting.
