Rutland man arrested for DUI after crash on snowy Farrell Road
RUTLAND — Vermont State Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Farrell Road at about 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, where they arrested a Burlington man on suspicion of driving under the influence. Authorities identified the driver as James Caudell, 62, who was operating a 2008 Subaru Outback when he was involved in a minor collision.
