A 49-year-old admitted child molester from Plainview was sentenced Friday morning to 20 years in federal prison for receiving images of child sexual abuse. Arturo Manuel Vaquera, who has been held at the Lubbock County Detention Center since August, pleaded guilty in September to a count of receipt of child pornography and faced a punishment of five to 20 years in prison.
