Hey guys thanks for checking out this post. A little backstory on me for context: I’ve made hip hop and trap beats for a few years now, and sometimes mix some people’s vocals on them. Now obviously you would expect small tweaks to kick, toms and bass to make a bit of a difference to the overall mix as various compressors kick in etc. But the bounced (24bit) version definitely felt a bit flat and a bit lacking in punch.
