Chests, legs and armpits waxed in Davidstown as €27,000 raised for Hope Centre
The passing of a beloved member of the local community has led to the people of Davidstown and Bree raising €27,000 for the Hope Cancer Support Centre. Inspired to act following the loss of Kathleen (Lally) Monaghan the group decided to organise Shave to Raise, a fundraiser which would see heads, chests, legs and armpits shaved and waxed for charity.
