Early last year, the government's 'Everyone In' scheme saw thousands of homeless people given emergency shelter and housing as the coronavirus pandemic hit. In Norwich, everyone homeless person who consented to being put in accommodation was moved in the space of 48 hours by the city council and its Pathways partners, described as "just incredible" by St Martins chief executive Dr Jan Sheldon.
