Local technology companies sold in big international deals
Photo: 123rf.com Christchurch based software developer Seequent is being sold to American company Bentley Systems for about $1.4 billion. Seequent has developed software used to analyse beneath-ground conditions for building infrastructure projects such as tunnels. The company has more than 400 staff around the world, and earns only a small portion of its more than $100m revenue a year domestically.
