Neighbours are unhappy about plans for side extensions at Jaspers, Farley Close, in Oliver's Battery. A Ms Dade has made the application to enlarge a three-bedroom home to a five-bedroom one, sparking eight objections and two letters of support. Objector Celia Palmer addressed the planning committee: "We urge you to reject this massive extension because it will set a precedent for Farley and Shepherds Close.
