The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says the tractor-trailer was being driven by 28-year-old Jared Charles of Manchester, New Hampshire on Route 113 around 1:30 Monday morning. Police say Charles went off the roadway and struck a utility pole which snapped in half, causing the truck to jackknife. The truck was hauling bathroom furnishings. Charles was not injured.
