For Uruguayan teacher visiting Minnesota, it's just like home, one hemisphere away
English instructor Claudio Cajes gave up his summer vacation and time on the beach in Montevideo, Uruguay, to be greeted by howling winds, subzero temperatures and a "no travel" advisory when he landed in Minnesota. He can't say enough about how much Montevideo, Minnesota, is like home, but he's definitely not talking about the weather.
