Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) responded to a large barn fire on Peach Tree Road in Barnesville shortly before midnight Monday evening, fire officials said. Crews found heavy fire engulfing the entire 500 x 100 foot barn, Battalion Chief Jay Blake said. No animals were inside and no one was injured.
