Wayne County Memorial VFW Post 4535 has announced the winners of its scholarships this year. Jalysse Kinney from Fairfield Community High School, Jaxson Youngblood from Wayne City High School, and Lexi Locke from Cisne High School will each be awarded a $2,000 scholarship.
