(The Center Square) – The Ohio House on Wednesday afternoon passed an $88 billion general fund budget that includes tax cuts and an increase in teacher base pay.
The Ohio House of Reprentatives removed $125 million in proposed spending for rail crossing improvements that have been part of Gov. Mike DeWine's proposed budget. Some state senators hope to restore the money before a final budget is passed.
