Cooper hands out Nearly $13 Million in Rural Infrastructure Grants
Funds will help attract 375 New Jobs and more than $528 million in Private Investment RALEIGH: The North Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) has approved 30 grant requests to local governments totaling $12,969,015, Governor Roy Cooper announced today.
