Settle homebuyers' grievance within 3 months: Allahabad HC | Allahabad News

PRAYAGRAJ: In a major relief to flat buyers across the state, the Allahabad high court recently directed competent authorities under the UP Apartment Act, 2010 and UP Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 or any other enactment to decide the grievance of the homebuyers or their associations positively within three months from the date it is brought to their knowledge.
This should be done by reasoned and speaking order under intimation to the aggrieved persons, the court said in its order, issued in the form of a general mandamus (a judicial remedy in the form of an order from a court to any government, subordinate court, corporation, or public authority, to do some specific act) ....
