Provided May 20, 2021 Louisville-based Biscuit Belly has signed two multi-unit development agreements to franchise 10 locations in Kentucky, Tennesee and Alabama, according to a company press release. Jay and Kelly Shoffner, who own 34 KFC and 10 Long John Silver's stores, will open six Biscuit Belly stores in Lexington, Kentucky and Knoxville, Tennesee.
