Favorable forecast for sturgeon spearers on Winnebago System Paul A. Smith, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Relatively clear water has produced a good forecast for spearers for the 2021 lake sturgeon spearing season on the Winnebago System, according to the Department of Natural Resources.
